The kitchen has a dishwasher; the correct cleaning product must be used.<\/li><li>No grease or frying fat may ever be poured down the sink.<\/li><li>Personal electrical appliances must be in good technical condition and must not overload the electrical installation.<\/li><li>We ask that you be considerate of neighbours regarding night noise\/noise nuisance. A municipal police regulation is in force that can impose administrative fines for night noise. The owner may refuse access and immediately terminate the contract without any refund in case of repeated noise nuisance.<\/li><li>Storing fireworks in the property and setting off fireworks around the property is strictly prohibited.<\/li><li>The property may never be sublet. If the property is rented for a certain number of persons, it is assumed this is indeed the case.
